Overview
Provides customer support by processing orders and responding to product and service inquiries. Ensures timely, accurate service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Enter customer orders, credits, and invoicing accurately
Assist with order questions, issues, and resolution
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and sales team
Support outside sales representatives with customer needs
Perform administrative tasks (phones, mail, sample requests, special orders)
Attend training and team meetings
Complete additional duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Required Experience: 6 - 12 Months
Customer service or a related area dealing with customers.
