What you'll do as: Utilities Maintenance Technician
- Operate utility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Monitor building management systems
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience with boilers and chillers
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA)
- Ability to work with contractors and vendors
- Experience with nitrogen generators
