- 1st & 2nd Shifts:
- Monday - Thursday: 6 AM – 4:45 PM, Friday: 6 AM – 2:45 PM, Saturday: 6 AM – 12 PM
- Monday - Thursday: 4:45 PM – 3:15 AM, Friday: 2:30 PM – 11:15 PM, Saturday: 12 PM – 6 PM
- Full-Time Opportunity: 40 hours/week + overtime

What You'll Do as a Industrial Painter:
- Apply industrial coatings using pumps, spray guns, rollers, agitators, and related equipment
- Mix and prepare materials according to specifications and material recipes
- Ensure proper mixing conditions and coating application
- Operate testing equipment to verify coating quality and thickness
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Work alongside a skilled team to complete projects on time and to spec
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience
- Strong understanding of coatings, materials, mixing conditions, and application methods
- Experience with standard paint equipment (spray guns, pumps, rollers, etc.)
- NACE I certification preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs (or more with a team lifts) and stand for extended periods
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
