Status: Full-Time / Part-Time
Classification: Exempt / Non-Exempt
Summary
Responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensures accurate inventory distribution, order fulfillment, and documentation while supporting internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and ship outgoing orders
Receive and verify incoming shipments
Maintain shipping and receiving records in ERP system
Prepare domestic and international shipping documents
Coordinate with freight carriers and third-party providers
Load and unload trucks
Organize and maintain warehouse areas
Process special and “cut” orders
Work with other departments as needed
Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications & Skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Problem-solving and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP systems
Basic math and reporting skills
Ability to work independently or in teams
English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced)
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Climate-controlled warehouse
May work in hot/cold conditions
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand/walk for extended periods
Schedule
Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours/week
Overtime as needed
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Forklift certification required
2+ years shipping/logistics experience preferred
Customs and hazardous materials experience a plu
