Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations at a multifamily residential community. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with general repairs, HVAC systems, and pool maintenance, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.
Skills and Experience
At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily or residential setting
Working knowledge of HVAC systems -Must be EPA Certified
Basic pool maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor)
