Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Staff Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, energetic, and ready to make a real impact in their community. This position is primarily based in Creedmoor, NC, with the ability and willingness to also work from our Raleigh, NC office as needed. The hours for this role will be Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM and the pay is depending on experience, $17-$19/hour.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring events
- Maintain employee files and applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with clients and associates daily
- Assist with orientations and compliance paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients
- Support branch operations and administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Staffing or HR experience is a plus (but not required!)
