- Hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM

What you'll do as: Zeiss CMM Quality Inspector
- Perform daily inspections using Zeiss CMM equipment (Calypso programming)
- Execute manual dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and related tools
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections
- Identify nonconformances and clearly communicate findings to production and quality teams
- Work closely with manufacturing to ensure product meets quality and customer requirements
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Heavy hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM (programming and operation)
- Strong manual measurement skills (used daily)
- Ability to read and apply GD&T
- Familiarity with FAIs and in-process inspections
