We’re hiring a CNC Set Up Machine Operator II to produce precision parts and operate advanced CNC machinery in a clean, team-focused facility. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.
-Stable 1st shift schedule, 8am-5pm

What you'll do as: CNC Set Up Machine Operator II
-Set up and run CNC machines with proven/unproven programs
-Read and interpret customer blueprints -Perform dry runs and verify parts to spec before production
-Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
-Deburr and prepare finished parts
-Conduct daily and preventive maintenance on machines
-Maintain clean and safe work areas
-Collaborate with engineers and quality teams
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
-At least 2 years of CNC Machine Operator I experience & set up
-Proficiency in G-code/M-code and CNC operations
-Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
-Basic math skills and attention to detail -Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
-Team player with strong communication skills
