Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Labor Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves handling, moving, and organizing materials, operating a forklift, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-minded, and comfortable with physical work.
Skills and Experience
Skills:
- Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products within the warehouse
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Forklift operating experience required (certification a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
