What You’ll Do
- Create a great customer experience by connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and handling questions or concerns positively
- Prepare and serve beverages and food according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and welcoming café including the bar, lobby, and restrooms
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
Skills and Experience
No prior barista experience required (training provided)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
