Overview
The Sanitation Team Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing daily sanitation activities within a warehouse in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the Sanitation Charter. This role provides hands-on leadership, ensures all sanitation tasks are completed to standard and on schedule, supports audit readiness, and drives continuous improvement.

- Lead, train, and coach sanitation employees to ensure proper cleaning methods, effective chemical use, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Assign and monitor daily sanitation tasks in accordance with the Sanitation Charter and established cleaning frequencies
-Provide real-time feedback to uphold high sanitation standards and performance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
