What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and support café staff during daily shifts
Manage opening and closing procedures
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise
Oversee food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation
Monitor inventory, place orders, and support prep as needed
Maintain cleanliness and enforce food safety and health standards
Communicate shift updates and needs to management

Previous experience in a café or food service environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and basic inventory management
Ability to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
