Implement QC programs in accordance with directives from corporate Perform thorough and specified QC inspection upon product arrival, inspect according to pallet counts, place QC sticker as needed, using QC area and the QC stacker. • Evaluate overall product quality by monitoring all products via specified requirements in PPRO QC Application • Should there be any issues with the arriving product, we must advise the corporation immediately. Assist on the supervision of workers engagement on QC inspections criteria and procedures, provide and oversee inspections activity for product throughout production cycles, as well as outgoing products. • Continuously evaluate product's stability and quality when retained in the warehouse, use all • QC equipment to measure pressure and weight • Notify production supervisor when products are out of grade • Investigate and research all specifications of unknown products to ensure a successful QC report • Perform other duties as assigned. Floor QC Activities • Go by the Production Sheet on today's orders • According to daily production all lot numbers and country of origin must be revised. Before running the product through the lines, I need to get specific details from Inbound QC. • Check on the correct stickers. • When repacking, you need to check on lot number, country, and dates • Ensure before running the lines that integrity of product and sticker are correct Ensure product weight is correct. • Revise on Cuts and number #2 products • Rotate between all lines, continue routine.
