What You’ll Do as a Services & Technical Support Manager:
  • Provide technical support to dealer network via phone, email, and in person.
  • Conduct dealer and end-user training (hands-on and classroom)
  • Interpret and manage Technical Bulletin campaigns
  • Assist with product development and performance improvements
  • Develop and maintain training manuals and presentations
  • Support parts department with technical applications
  • Respond to “Ask the Expert” technical inquiries
  • Warranty Administration
  • Sales Support

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (technical or college education preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years shop or field service experience
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and water systems
  • Diesel engine experience
  • ASE Certifications (preferred)
  • Warranty administration experience
  • Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Comfortable with public speaking and training delivery
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
  • Class B CDL preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Passport or ability to obtain one
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed
