- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Bilingual Preferred
- $25.00/hour
This role is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being hands-on across all aspects of Human Resources. You’ll work closely with leadership, support employees at every stage of their journey, and help shape a positive, engaging workplace.
- Partner with hiring managers to manage open roles, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Create an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and seamless onboarding
- Lead new hire orientation and oversee pre-employment and onboarding processes
- Support and help develop company training programs
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, including new hires and annual open enrollment
- Support the development and administration of company policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation
- Coordinate performance review processes to ensure consistency and fairness
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
- Track employee anniversaries and support recognition and engagement initiatives
- Stay current on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices
- Support office culture activities and employee engagement programs
- Assist with special HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience using HRIS and talent management systems
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and HR metrics
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual is preferred
