We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC professionals to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in CNC machining, setup, programming, and operation who are passionate about precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- 2nd and 3rd Shift CNC Operator in the Mooresville, NC area.
- Operate, set up, and optimize CNC machines to produce precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Perform equipment setup and preventative maintenance
- Utilize gauges, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges for quality inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and advanced technical issues
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure precision in all operations
- Participate in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior operators and support team development
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, Operator, Programmer, or Setup Technician
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measuring tools
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of quality control, inspection, and process improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
