Overview
Looking for a skilled 2nd and 3rd Shift CNC Operator in the Mooresville, NC area.
Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines for efficient, high-quality production.
Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical issues.
Use advanced gauges and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) for precision inspections.
Lead setups, process improvements, and preventative maintenance activities.
Mentor junior operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications/Skills: Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety/quality standards.
Effective communication and math skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to push/pull up to 30 lbs, handle small parts, and work in a noisy environment.
