Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for hotel guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, assigning rooms, processing payments, and responding to questions regarding hotel services and local attractions. The receptionist will also answer phone calls, assist with guest requests, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support smooth operations. Professional communication, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude are essential.
Skills and Experience
Preferred 6 months- 1 year previous experience as a hotel front desk receptionist
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to have fully open schedule
Must be available for 3 day shifts and 2 night shifts a week
