What You'll Do as a Recycling Sorter:
- Hand-sort incoming waste materials safely and efficiently from a moving conveyor line
- Follow safety procedures and inspect loads for hazardous items
- Assist teammates with bulky items and coordinate with operators
- Ensure sorted materials meet quality standards
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in recycling, waste management, or general labor (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- A strong work ethic and a great attitude—we’ll train the rest!
