Skills and Experience
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Fluency in English and Spanish
3-5 years of production lead experience in a manufacturing setting is required
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and lead employees.
Follow all relevant food safety rules, including SQF, cGMPs, and Food Defense.
