- 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 5PM-1:30AM, Flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, straighten, and vacuum assigned areas, including cubicles, bathrooms, break areas, stairwells, entryways, and more.
- Exterior Maintenance: Sweep sidewalks, porches, and decks; ensure exterior cleanliness.
- Vehicle Detailing: Detail company vehicles as needed.
- Equipment Handling: Operate various cleaning equipment, including automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors, and buffers.
- Outdoor Work: Work outdoors for short periods, regardless of weather conditions.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of one year of janitorial or related experience.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to eight hours, including stairway management and overhead work.
- Adaptability: Capable of working in both environmentally controlled and non-environmentally controlled settings, with exposure to varying temperatures.
