Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Part-Time Service Clerk to join our industrial service team. This role supports day-to-day operations through accurate recordkeeping, invoicing, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role, preferably in an industrial, service, or construction environment.
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks for invoicing, job entry, and basic billing tasks.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, document preparation, and email communication.
- Prior responsibility for handling paperwork such as work orders, credit card reports, invoices, or compliance/inspection documentation.
- Experience answering and routing customer or service calls in an office or service department setting is strongly preferred
