We are seeking a driven and people-focused Recruiter to join our staffing agency team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs across multiple roles and industries. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Skills and Experience
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency
