Overview
• Package finished products in accordance with cleanroom and customer specifications
• Perform light woodworking and metal-related tasks to prepare packaging materials, skids, and crates
• Score, build, and modify skids and packaging structures as required
• Deburr metal components to ensure safety, quality, and proper fit
• Assemble components and packaging materials using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Accurately measure materials using tape measures and other measuring tools
• Inspect finished assemblies and packaging for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintain cleanroom standards, including proper gowning and housekeeping procedures
• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams as needed
Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in assembly within a manufacturing or production environment
• Hands-on experience with woodworking and metal materials
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately use tape measures and power tools
• Experience deburring metal parts
• Familiarity with scoring and building skids or crates
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience with custom packaging, crating, or industrial shipping
• Familiarity with quality control or inspection processes
