What you'll do as: FIberglass Technician
- Prepare molds and materials for fiberglass layup
- Cut, shape, and apply fiberglass, resin, and related materials
- Perform fiberglass repairs, bonding, sanding, grinding, and finishing
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, or blueprints
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous experience with fiberglass or composites
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
