Overview
We are looking for an Aluminum / Metal Fabric TIG Welder who understands the basics and can run clean, consistent welds. If you can demonstrate solid heat control and pass a simple weld test, we’ll train and support you to reach full production within 2–4 weeks.
This is a high-volume, repeat work environment with steady hours, modern equipment, and a team that works well together.
What You’ll Do
TIG weld aluminum parts for structural and cosmetic applications
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment
- Inspect your own work to meet quality standards
- Maintain consistent production output with low rework
- Keep your work area clean and follow all safety guidelines
- Contribute ideas to improve fixtures, workflow, and efficiency
