Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, applicant screening, and interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and support benefits enrollment
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on policy enforcement
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, and Workers’ Compensation
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment compliance and labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Must be able to pass a drug test
