Ōnin Staffing has immediate openings for experienced assembly team members ready to take on detailed, hands-on work. In this role, you’ll assist in assembling and modifying medium-duty truck chassis, including mounting stainless-steel sweeper bodies, completing electrical wiring, fabrication, frame modifications, and final testing. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and seeing the finished product of your work, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you'll do as an Assembler:
- Prepare chassis frame for mounting and attaching sweeper body.
- Run, connect, and test all fluid and hydraulic lines.
- Build and install electrical lumens, harnesses, and lighting.
- Install couplings, fittings, and brackets to marry sweeper body and chassis.
- Test sweeper to ensure finished product meets Bucher specifications.
- Maintain shop floor, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Fabricating parts to meet custom builds.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge
- Truck chassis modification and assembly
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take direction and meet deadlines
- Ability to think outside the box and be creative to meet goals and objectives
- Software design knowledge would be advantageous
- Ability to take direction and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of shop tools
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to obtain a passport for travel as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
