As an Onsite Supervisor, you’ll be stationed directly at an industrial facility in the Fort Payne, AL area , working closely with our teammates and clients to foster relationships and ensure operational success!

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage daily workforce operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and scheduling.
· Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely, meeting client and branch requirements.
· Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
· Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure KPIs and attendance requirements are met.
Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Might Have:
· 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
· A strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
· Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
· Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
