Overview
As a technician on our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the vehicles that come through our shop. You will use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, perform scheduled maintenance services, and ensure that all work meets our shop’s high standards, which will help us stand confidently behind our warranty. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a customer-first attitude.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto technician
- Proficiency with digital tools, diagnostic software, and general computer skills
- Knowledge of and experience with shop management software
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with service advisors and customers
