Overview
Ōnin Staffing is looking for a Operations Technician to support production and packaging in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing who value quality, compliance, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Blend, encapsulate, and package dietary supplement products
- Operate, set up, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP requirements
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Work collaboratively to meet production and quality goals
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food production preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Mechanical aptitude or equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Experience
- Experience with FDA-regulated manufacturing
- Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled environments
