Overview
The Assembler is responsible for assembling enclosures and related components using hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. This role supports production schedules by completing assemblies accurately, safely, and efficiently, including modifying parts as needed to ensure proper fit and function.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of one year of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience safely using hand and light power tools
Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions in English
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to lift 50+ pounds with assistance and work in standing, bending, or squatting positions for extended periods
