Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Worker to support an apartment complex with light upkeep and general maintenance for one week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform light painting and touch-ups around the property
- Assist with routine property/grounds maintenance
- Clean and maintain drip pans and other simple equipment tasks
- Support staff with general upkeep to keep the complex safe and presentable
Skills and Experience
- Previous maintenance or general labor experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Dependable and available to work the full assignment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
