Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Note: Initial training may take place on 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule.
Shift: 4:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Schedule: Monday – Friday Weekends: May be required occasionally Pay Rate: $18.25/hour + $1.25/hour shift differential Key
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems
-Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues -Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
-Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment -Document maintenance activities and repairs as required
-Follow all safety policies and procedures
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Has:
-Previous maintenance or industrial maintenance experience preferred -Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or maintenance systems
-Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently during off-shift hours
-Dependable attendance and flexibility for occasional weekends
