Overview
Assist with blending, encapsulation, and packaging of wellness products in accordance with established procedures
Accurately follow batch records, formulas, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support quality control checks, labeling, and documentation to ensure product accuracy and compliance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and wellness areas in line with safety standards
Operate and clean production equipment as required
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a production, wellness, or laboratory environment preferred
Experience with blending, encapsulation, and packaging of products is a plus
Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control, and safety regulations
Experience handling inventory, labeling, and documentation for compliance purposes
Ability to operate, clean, and maintain production equipment
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to assist staff with daily operational tasks
