Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking Experienced Concrete Workers for a high-output precast concrete operation. This role is for candidates who already understand hard, physical concrete work and can keep pace with a demanding production schedule.
- Pay rate: $15-18/hr DOE.
- 1st shift: 5am to 1pm or Until work is done.
- Overtime: Frequently required.
- Weekends: Required as needed to stay on production schedule.
- Pay could be higher based on experience and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Pouring concrete into precast molds daily.
- Dumping and resetting molds weighing up to 100 lbs each.
- Cutting and bending rebar to fit molds for next-day pours.
- Maintaining consistent production speed and quality.
- Operating forklifts (for qualified and assigned employees).
- Assisting with training and setting the pace for labor teams.
⚠️ This is a production-driven environment. Candidates who cannot maintain a strong work pace all day should not apply.
Skills and Experience
- Previous concrete, precast, construction, or heavy industrial labor experience required.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Proven reliability and strong attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Continuous heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs).
- Physically demanding, fast-paced production environment.
- Standing, bending, lifting for extended periods.
- Indoor/outdoor manufacturing setting.
- Year-round work with consistent demand.
