Onin Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our client’s team in the Albuquerque area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding based on project requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to pass a welding test
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
