Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration and cooling systems to ensure optimal operation of storage and processing areas. This role helps maintain product quality, safety, and energy efficiency.
Skills and Experience
Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration and cooling equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. Perform preventative maintenance on compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related components. Monitor temperature and system performance to ensure proper operation. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records. Assist with the installation of new refrigeration systems or upgrades.
