Onin Staffing is seeking skilled and reliable Window Installers to join our team. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and replacement of residential and commercial windows. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy working with their hands in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and prepare window openings for installation
- Install various types of windows (vinyl, wood, aluminum, etc.)
- Remove old windows and clean the work area
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation of installed windows
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window installation or general construction preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
