Overview
Qualification & Requirements:
- Lead training programs to develop employees in continuous improvement concepts and operational procedures
- Provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistency, proficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards
- Create, update, and manage SOPs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Establish a strong document control process to keep all procedures current
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable improvement plans
- Lead cross-functional projects and track results against KPIs
- Oversee daily production to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational goals
- Partner with leadership to align continuous improvement strategies with plant objectives
- Foster a positive culture, promote teamwork, and set clear performance expectations
- Reinforce safety standards; conduct training to ensure compliance with food and workplace safety protocols
Skills and Experience

- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Ability to work independently in a proactive way

- Professional Written and oral communication
- Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Word
Work environment and Physical Demand
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant with a moderately high noise level
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
- Must wear personal protective equipment (hair/beard net, hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hat, lab coat, and safety shoes)
- Non-climate-controlled areas
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs
