Quality & Food Safety Technician

Overview

• Monitor and program Critical Control Points (CCP)
  
  
• Ensure product quality and food safety throughout all stages of manufacturing
  
  
• Conduct sanitation verifications and allergen testing
  
  
• Accurately complete, record, and file QA/QC documentation
  
  
• Verify that recipe specifications and production guidelines are followed
  
  
• Educate and guide employees on Food Safety, GMPs, SQF, and safety practices
  
  
• Perform plant audits to identify hazards and improvement opportunities
  
  
• Complete daily product evaluations
  
  
• Ensure products meet all GFCO (Gluten-Free Certification Organization) standards
