Office Assistant – QuickBooks Experienced

Overview

We’re looking for an organized, reliable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. If you enjoy helping others, staying on top of details, and keeping an office running smoothly, this could be a great fit!

 What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers or internal staff

  • Manage and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations

  • Use QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, account updates, and general bookkeeping tasks

  • Maintain accurate and organized records

  • Assist with additional office tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

3+ years of QuickBooks experience (required)

Strong phone and email communication skills

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced office environment

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
