Customer Service/Sales Support

Overview

The Customer Service Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing customer service to our internal and external customers. This role will involve answering email inquiries, troubleshooting orders, creating parts quotes, typing quickly and accurately, and using Excel for various tasks. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be capable of working at a faster-than-average speed while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills and Experience

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to type at a minimum speed of 40-50 words per minute with high accuracy. They must also have an intermediate grasp of Excel, as there will be skill assessments for both typing and Excel. The ability to work at a pace exceeding the average is required. Attention to detail is critical, as the role involves managing multiple projects concurrently while documenting, communicating, and monitoring various data points. Strong organizational skills are essential due to the volume of projects that the candidate will be required to manage. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
