Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Support onboarding steps (I-9, background checks, drug screens, paperwork)
- Manage daily candidate flow, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Provide great customer service to candidates and clients
- Handle basic admin tasks (data entry, emails, phone calls)
Experience & Skills:
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
