Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking reliable Computer Breakdown Technicians to join a technology recycling and refurbishment facility. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and categorizing computers and related equipment. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong eye for detail, technical familiarity, and consistent work history.
- Monday to Friday.
- Pay Rate: $17.43.
- 1st shift" 7:30am to 4pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting computer screens for cracks, lines, or display issues.
- Checking computer keyboards and mice for functionality and damage.
- Sorting computers by model, type, and serial number.
- Accurately documenting inventory and inspection status.
- Following quality standards and company procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in quality inspection or computer/device inspection.
- Familiarity with computers, laptops, and basic hardware components.
- Ability to identify screen issues such as cracks, lines, or pixel defects.
- Experience sorting or organizing items by model, type, or serial number.
- Basic data entry or documentation experience.
- Proven work longevity and consistent work history.
- Ability to work in a warehouse or technical environment.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Fast-paced warehouse/tech environment.
- Repetitive handling and sorting of computer equipment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Light to moderate lifting.
Preferred backgrounds:
Quality Inspectors.
Computer Technicians.
Candidates with longevity and stable work history.
