What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator:
You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, ensuring accurate inventory management and smooth loading/unloading operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move tall loads.
- Assemble and organize customer orders accurately.
- Read and process invoices; use scanner guns for inventory tracking.
- Load and unload trailers on docks efficiently.
- Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry up to 50 lbs.
Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to read invoices and use scanner systems for inventory control.
