Overview
Position Summary The Test Technician is responsible for performing unit testing, troubleshooting product failures, and ensuring all units meet quality and performance standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to testing procedures, and timely escalation of issues when needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform unit testing (50%) Follow test work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP) to complete accurate and timely unit testing. Repair failed units (20%) Diagnose and repair units according to troubleshooting documentation. Maintain 5S standards in the testing area (10%) Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with 5S requirements. Review and escalate unresolved issues (10%) Identify issues that cannot be resolved and escalate them to the appropriate support team. Monitor and resolve failed units (10%) Check failed units promptly, correct errors, and escalate unknown issues as needed.
