Qualifications

- Basic skills: Ability to perform basic math and use measuring tools.
- Safety-focused: Must be able to follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and follow instructions from a supervisor.
- Experience: While prior experience is often preferred, it is not always mandatory. Experience with saws or in construction/carpentry is a plus.
