Scheduler

Scheduler Pay: $26 hr. M-F: 7am-4pm Location: 77041 Update production and inventory systems with accurate, timely information. Schedule, stage, and coordinate work to meet production timelines and optimize resources. Communicate with support teams to address work-order holds, discrepancies, and WIP data issues. Generate and manage travelers, print/schedule work orders, and resolve shop-floor scheduling conflicts. Track material flow through manufacturing, report issues, and release components to fill shortages. Coordinate daily work schedules, capacity plans, and short-term solutions (staffing shifts, overtime, machine routing, vendor support). Work with planners on new part procurement and participate in planning meetings as needed. Develop recovery schedules, prepare customer status updates, and respond to shipping information requests. Request and prioritize tooling, order prints and setup sheets, and support team needs. Move materials using forklifts or carts and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
