Machine operation:

Safely operate ticket and label making machinery to produce products according to customer specifications and work orders.

Setup and maintenance:
Perform setup tasks, adjust machine settings, and conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure efficient operation.

Quality control:
Visually inspect products to ensure labels are applied correctly, legibly, and meet quality standards.

Record keeping:
Maintain logs of machine usage, production output, and maintenance activities.

Material handling:
Monitor raw material inventory levels, and may be required to load and unload trucks or operate forklifts.

Collaboration:
Work with other team members to ensure a smooth production flow.

Technical skills: Experience operating and troubleshooting machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
Attention to detail: Ability to monitor and adjust settings to ensure precise and high-quality output.
Physical ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require standing for long periods or working in cramped conditions.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during production.
Safety: Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures is critical.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
